Welcome to Mr. Breeze’s Gourmet Hot Sauce Collection. Said to be the personal recipe of Pirate Pierre Lafitte (1770-1821), our flagship “Island Style Garlic Pepper Sauce” recipe was acquired from his brother ‘Jean Lafitte in the “Kingdom of Barataria” in 1805. His troops of more than 3000 would cook with in the Bayou. It is said to have helped win the War of 1812.
